Opening Protocols

Important

Bookings/Appointments

We will only work through hourly bookings on our intensity App. No 2 hour bookings will be allowed.

Operating Hours:

We will limit the operating hours in order for us to disinfect the gym regularly.

Monday - Friday

05:00 - 08:00 (operational)

08:00 - 09:00 (closed for disinfecting)

09:00 - 12:00 (operational)

12:00 - 13:00 (closed for disinfecting)

13:00 - 16:00 (operational)

16:00 - 17:00 (closed for disinfecting)

17:00 - 19:00 (operational)

19:00 - 20:00 (closed for disinfecting)

Saturday

08:00 - 10:00 (operational)

10:00 - 11:00 (closed for disinfecting)

These hours are a trail run - times may change in the future.

Access:

A maximum of 20 members will be allowed at the gym per hour. Pre-book all classes and gym training sessions on our App. Please download the intensity App for bookings.

Maximum Access Per Area Or Class Allowed (p/hour)

- Training Floor: 11 Members

- Swimming Pool: 6 Members - No Parents Allowed

- Spinning Class: 7 Members

- Ariel Yoga: 6 Members

- Yogilates: 6 Members

- Pilates: 6 Members

- Bootcamp: 6 Members

(Pilates & Bootcamp classes will also continue online with Zoom)

Group Training & Indoor Cycling

Only when pre-booked on Intensity App.

Screening & Temperature

All staff and members will be screened upon entry. Anyone with a fever of 37'5C or above or showing any symptoms he/she will be denied access.

Social Distancing

This will be strictly enforced. No 'spotting', or partner training will be allowed. Equipment will be spaced ut to ensure members do not train too close to each other.

Personal Protection Equipment

All staff and members must wear PPE at all times. NO MASK NO ENTRY.

Sanitizing

Sanitize your hands before entering. Spray bottles and paper towels will be provided to clean your equipment before and after use.

Changing Rooms

Showers and saunas will be closed. We request that members come and leave in their training gear to prevent cross-contamination.

Members Discipline

We highly request that members adhere to our protocols in order for us to operate in a safe environment. members that refuse to adhere protocols will be expelled.
