Bredasdorp Feeding Scheme
Since the 4th of April 2020, a large scale feeding scheme with the goal to feed those desperately in need as a result of the COVID-19 national lockdown has been underway in Bredasdorp. The initiative started off feeding 300 children a day but as of the 24th of April, has been providing hot meals to 3,000 people daily. Added to this, are additional plans to hand out food parcels in the future.
The Bredasdorp Feeding Scheme relies heavily on donations from the public and needs as much assistance as possible to keep on serving those in the community who need them most. All donations will be greatly appreciated and every cent will make a difference.
