Plaasmark is the farmers market to be at every Friday afternoon from 14:00 - 17:15. This is when you get to load your shopping basket with money-saving specials! Market day is the perfect day to stock-up so that you can bottle, pickle, freeze and dry fresh produce to fill your pantry and freezer.

Friday is also the day that Plaasmark offers a pot-luck meal fondly known as the Friday Plate. The menu changes weekly and could feature:

  • Barbequed Chicken
  • Tripe Potjiekos
  • Waterblommetjie Bredie
  • Braai Snoek and Patats
