1. Work out the costs

5. Meet the neighbours

7. Then the real work starts

Ensure the building is weathertight - get the roof coverings and weather seals in place. Then get the plumbing and electrics installed before you start on the ceilings and floors. Fit the kitchen and all sanitary ware then plaster the walls.
