Choosing the Right Flooring: A Comprehensive ...
When it comes to home improvement, choosing the right flooring is a crucial decision.
Since the beginning of the year, Overstrand Build it has been continually involved with Overberg's Skills Exchange Co-operative (SEC), a non-for-profit co-operative that focuses on providing therapy through a Music and Movement programme to children of Gansbaai's surrounding farming areas. Build it's representative, Dylan Burger, personally voluteers his time to participate in the Music and Movement sessions on a weekly basis.
The classroom used by SEC was originally untreated concrete which affected the childrens' health, some of whom suffer from asthma. Build it provided SEC with 'stoep verf', rollers and Dylan's efforts whereby he organised a group to move the furnisher, do a stock take of the materials and layer paint the floor. A job nothing less than perfect was inevitable, thus the task took three days to complete.
We at Build it are proud to have made a positive difference in SEC's Music and Movement programme and we look forward to continuing our relationship with them!
