The first grapes of 2022 have arrived in the winery!
This first arrival is Chardonnay which will be used for base wine in our Brut and Blanc de Blanc Cap Classiques.
Lower in sugars and high in acidity - these youthful grapes are in great shape and showing tremendous flavors.
It takes years to make a proper MCC. There’s a long road ahead for this Chardonnay before we’ll be popping the cork out of any bottles. But that journey has begun today for the 2022 vintage.
