When was the last time you consulted with a Human Resources expert? And that is the role of HR in making money and having happy customers.

I also deal with the ones that is not doing their work and is limiting your growth. When you have a high staff turnover, I help determine the root cause of this. Growth means change and I can help you streamline this process when you maybe have someone on your team who does not like change.
