Your working environment is so often the place where you spend most of your time. So it also needs to be a place where you get to be creative, at ease, happy, peaceful... and in short... the place where you need to shine. 

What prevents you from shining... tension, stress, feelings of overwhelm. 

Last week a very good friend of the Mai Co. Family, Arina of AF Consulting shared with us what goes on behind the scenes in her working environment. She also gave a few tips that she uses to bring out a more 'creative and relaxed' atmosphere in her space. 

'Because Human Resources often has a negative connotation, I specifically wanted to create a safe and friendly space in my office. I also use candles and essential oils to help with this.' 

Diffusing essential oils into a workspace can work wonders to create that safe, creative, balanced feeling in your office or workspace.
