Introducing Power Yoga with James!
Power yoga is an embodied mindfulness practice which focuses on building strength, stability and endurance. Guided by a qualified and experienced local instructor and choreographed to contemporary music, participants can expect an invigorating full body workout.

James is an experienced professional educator who holds an international yoga teaching accreditation.
