Astoria Village is one of the oldest buildings in Hermanus, and the grand old dame also looked like it! Luckily the building's new owner saw a diamond in the rough and together with contractor Mike Delany of DELCON Home Projects and Wilkoo Marketing Paint Distributors, stepped in to revive the beauty of this historic landmark.

A new season often means a whole new look, or at least freshening up a bit! Wilkoo Marketing Paint Distributors was instrumental in the planning and specification process of the make-over project, as well as providing continued support and progress evaluation of Mike and his team.
